I would like to know if anyone has any goos gluten free ideas. I was told I had to stop eating gluten and I'm tired of steamed chicken and rice. Any ideas would be great. I really don't know how to go about looking for it, or what to really try or do when I do find it.

If you stick with meats, veggies and fruits you know you will be safe. There are a ton of great facebook groups that you can ask and share on that are a lot of help as well. Pinterest is a good way to find gluten free recipe ideas. If you have a smart phone the best app I have found in the Gluten Free Scanner. All you do is scan the bar code and it will tell you if any of the ingredients contain gluten or if it can or may contain gluten. It is a struggle at first but hang in there.

It's pretty easy once you figure out the basics - although it doe require you to do a little more label reading (You'd be surprised how many pre-packaged foods contain gluten in some form!! The easiest way to go about it is anything natural is safe EXCEPT for wheat, barley and rye (so NO bread unless it's marked gluten free) Here's a great site: http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/collections/gluten+free
