I absolutly love the Gameboy, back when games were innocent and yet still very fun. What do you all find to be your favorite game? Mine definatly has to be the Pokemon franchise, Emerald to be specific.

Hello there! Well, as of now, I'm still playing gameboy games, but not on the console. I use emulator on my phone to play gameboy color and advance games then I download the roms for free so there is no need to buy cartridges. My favorite games are zelda series including 'Link's Awakening', 'Oracle of Ages/Seasons', and 'Minish Cap'. Its gameplay is nice because there are lots of challenges, quite frustrating sometimes. I also play Wario series (Wario is the rival of Mario, more powerful than Mario and immortal during the first few episodes of game). I like its gameplay because the obstacles are funny frustrating, as a consequence of being immortal and he can change into different forms with different abilities. I also play pokemon series and I trade with friends using bluetooth link, (link cable on gameboy color) to be able to complete them. If you missed playing gameboy games, try to download an emulator for your computer or cell phone.

I forgot to include Megaman series on the list, I played it using gameboy console, not the emulator. Even it is a side scrolling game, its gameplay is nice. Its 3D version on play station was a bit harder. Another one is GT advance racing, even its graphics is not as good as others, I like this game. Crash bandicoot- the huge adventure and nitro kart on gameboy advance are also nice. Nintendo DS emulator is now available, you can also try downloading it so you can play DS games on your computer or phone that supports touch screen.

Pokemon TCG is also nice, I played it in gameboy color, the language is in Japanese. I completed it even I don't understand the language. You played oracle of ages, but you did not continue it in oracle of seasons? Those two episodes in Zelda series are released at the same time but with different setting and storyline. After you finished one of the two, you will get a secret to be used on the other one to continue your quest. On a linked game, you start with four hearts instead of three and you already have the sword. The ring concept was cool, it has different attributes and you can transfer it in other oracle game by giving the code to the red snake in ring shop. On a linked game, some characters are added, giving a different story when compared to a standalone game and you have the chance to fight against Ganon since the Gerudo witches had completed the ritual. I haven't played 'Final Fantasy' on gameboy, only on play station.

I didn´t play other games in the gameboy than the pokemon ones, I liked the Emerald Version, but it was really long and hard to finish. Guess I prefer the Fire Red version, the remake of the first games, because I could finally play the original games where all this about pokemon started.

Id say Donkey Kong and the Old SUper mario was my favoruite Gameboy games back then. Its fun to play such adventure games, since the other alternative would be tetris lol. It was almost two decades after that when they released Pokemon on Gameboy.

I really like the Pokemon games, too. My favorite all-time has to be Crystal. I used to play that one a lot until it broke. Now I am re-enjoying the adventure of that set with SoulSilver on my DS. I also really liked playing Super Mario 2 on my Original Game Boy.

Warlocked Box Cover - Warlocked for the Gameboy Color
I'd have to say Warlocked for the Gameboy Color. Unfortunately somehow it seems I've misplaced the game somewhere. It was a fantasy oriented game where two factions, humans and beast, were at war with one another. You could even pick which side you wanted to play as. There were also wizards in the game you could "get", all of whom had different abilities. I seem to remember my favorite being the pox wizard.
