When you are alone in the Holiday...

Actually my holiday to day was quiet silent. No one home except me. My brother house is a walking distance but I prefer to stay. Jessa is on and off these days, and she left yesterday again for a vacation to her sister. My Younger sister went home too last week.
I want to follow her to our parents but I have no enough budgets, of course they are expecting me, and I am ashamed to bring nothing. The worst, I have no connection yet. It’s totally boring. My neighborhood outside were out for vacation.
The only things I am possibly doing now are type like what I am doing before. I am finishing my novel but too much silence makes my brain empty. I could not find new music from YouTube too….
So I am typing and typing, writing this to be posted later. I plan to take a nap but my mind is occupied by something. I miss myLot too. I had enjoyed yesterday with Saphrina, Hex, Purple, Sunny and many other myLotters. Perhaps I can go to the net café now after my shower. Or visit my friends in the next village.
Are you experiencing this now? Or I am the only one that is alone at this holiday. Are you with your love ones now?
I have lit many sticks of cigarettes just to forget the boredom; I am just reminded I am minimizing it, hahaha.

I have noticed that a lot either stay at home or go away. I am staying home ths easter. I just have to mylot. And just so you know, i am counting those sticks. I am sure you will finish your novel. Just don't do it if you dn't feel up to it.

Well, it depends on the holiday. I would be sad if I'm alone on a festive holiday like Christmas or New Year. But today is Holy Week, I wouldn't mind being alone because it is our chance to reflect. Use this time to get away from everyday stress and worries, evaluate what is important to you, and talk to God. A lot of people spend their holy week on vacation with their families or just be alone to "find oneself". I always hear that from them. So instead of moping around being bored, try to have a meaningful week by reflecting and spending some "alone" time.

Yes, I was not able to read it my friend, as I lost my connection almost 2 weeks from now... I am just doing mylot on the net cafe now... I am still fixing it in the soonest possible time.

Oh, it seemed like you hadn't read my previous discussions,hmm? Yes, I've been out for a week, because I'm in the hospital with my lola. I had a discussion recently called "surviving a tough trial", and guess what? the operation went smoothly! the doctors said she is a fast healer, we're only in the hospital in just a week. My lola is now at home recovering from the surgery. Hopefully, she'll regain her full strength back. God is so good to answer our prayers. It's a great gift for the Holy week.

I dislike when I am bored as the time seems to go by slower. Nothing much really makes me bored as my mind is always occupied by one thing if not the other, but when I am it's a real slow boredom. Hope you can go visit your friends or maybe stay on here and mylot!

Hi my friend, I really miss you there. I miss our talks, I could not forget it... when I am bored, it seemed that I am so overwhelmed by imaginations, and sometimes it would make me upset. And I would find soon that i am really sick. My day today is no difference when I had written this post... but at least I was able to visit my sister-in-law... I am so happy seeing the little kids.... and finally I got here... I really miss myLot...

I also visited her last time... and my sister-in-law is my Big Brother's wife... they are different... the latter was not to far from home... so I could visit there easily if I wanted... yeah sure friend, we will talk a lot more soon...

Glad to know that you are literally alone during the time you wrote this. It's better than having people around you yet you don't feel them being there. My last year Christmas and this New Year celebration was very dull. I feel so alone despite my family my being there, physically. I shut my world away from them and just played in my computer the whole event. The only time there was a smile on my face was when I was talking to my girlfriend via Skype.
I hope you never experience what I had experienced my friend. I also hope you find some inspiration from us lotters to finish your novel. By the way thanks for the mention, I pretty much enjoyed interacting with you too

When i'm alone in my house---i would try to catch up with some songs and horror movies its the best entertainer i would love to have if i fail to catch up my friends for a drink or two 
return home and then have some heavy stuff and go to bed

Good Morning dear Primeaque86 , i am sorry but i have to ask you what holiday is that you are celebrating today ? Is it the Easter ...i mean i dont know too much about india , but it seems that your holiday is at the same period with our christian Easter Bunny :).
I am really sorry to read that you are alone , especially if it is a time to be spending with your closests friends and relatives , i am hoping that at least you will have some ideea for continuing your novel you are working at , at least you wont feel time is passing by uselles . I am hoping that you will find a way towards a better situation in the near future , so you may never spend alone moments that are meant to be spend with whom you care the most.
Please smile and think about happy memory , rather then sulk and be sad :(.

Wow my first Best Response , thank you My Friend , you just made this day Special , and to answer your previous question ...yes it is Friday that is the Revival Of Jesus Christ , this is the most beautifull nights of them all because , there is a lot of people gathered , and you cann feel floating all around the love feeling that is spread hence everybody is with theire closest at 00:00 at the Church and share a great moment togheter.

I am not Christian so Easter is just another Sunday. I am physically alone but I am not truly alone when I am online. I have many friends I can write.And I am watching all the Biblical movies. I love them.

i thought i would be alone in the city that holiday. all the kids left on wednesday for summer vacation in the province. my wife left with our youngest son. she wanted to come to the province and follow the other kids. there we can enjoy the waters at the sea as we have a house there located by the beach. but on the next day, she really forced me to go to the province, though we have no enough budget. i could say, go and leave me alone. but i did not and we go travel on thursday. bad thing, when we were there, no good service connection is available so i was not able to post a lot. imagine, if i can connect to the internet, i can go online and post on mylot with only one post because of the very poor connection. oh yes, i love to be back here in the city, with a very good internet. so now, i am back.

hi there primeaque86! Here in Dubai, they do not recognize Holy Week but does give some recognition to Easter Sunday though if I was in my home country, we would definitely be doing a lot of things without TV or internet.
We always get to spend it with the entire family. This is the week where we bond together and reminisce the times when we were younger or the old times... where we would either laugh at mom's hairstyle or dad's fashion sense (or sometimes, my fashion sense).
Here in Dubai, weekends are always welcome as holidays because after long, long hours of work - it is indeed a welcome break! Usually, we go to the malls but if I'm really, really lazy.... I just stay in the house - watch TV, read a book or surf the internet.

i lyk to stay only in home.
but in holiday's it's very boing no one in home except me, all most all d day i spen my time wid games n wid tv.

I know its kinda weird but sometimes I prefer to be alone on holidays. Why? because I just want to have a quiet, peaceful day all my myself. Sometimes I get annoyed with a lot of people around me. I just wished that my companions here at home would all go on a holiday like 2-3 days or even just for a day. I want to miss them once in a while, (hahaha!) coz sometimes it sucks that you're always together 24/7.

I think with all the technologies around us, no one could really feel alone in the holiday. We can use our mobile phone for contacting our friend, we can use the internet for surfing to some interesting website or watching streaming movie, we can watch the television, we can go to the nearest mall to having fun, and many more interesting things we can do ourselves. Sometimes when we want to find something for fulfilling our boring holiday is not an easy thing to do. But the simplest thing is we can asking other people to help us. Just us the internet for it. For some reasons, perhaps we'd better take a nap and enough rest while holiday, especially for a hardworker people who always work and work on the working day. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

I want to be alone on holidays once in a while, I just wished that my companions here at home would do that and leave me here just for 2-3 days or even just for a day. I know its kinda weird but it's something that I wish that it could happen. I wouldn't be bored at all because finally I could have a peaceful and quiet day all by myself especially the people around always brings stress to my life.
