wepayptc scam or legit??

I have join with a PTC site that has so many click each days, about 172 plus a day.The revenue of each click was from 0.004 to 0.006 and the minimum cashout was $20. My question is, did You join with them yet?? Did You ever get paid by them?? I have about $14 on my account, still have to make $6 before I can cashout.

When you said $20, I checked if I can cash-out because I already have $24 but it said $50. Can you please check again? I have not been paid by them and I do hope that they do get to pay because I spend an hour on that site alone everyday and it will be very unfair if they don't give me the money.

What the hell, at the beginning it said $20.When it have change?? I also know that they use a revenue share like trekpay or buxify.But I don't know that the payout have been increased to $50.
