CELLPHONE...to buy or not to buy?

I'm going to college now and the school where I'm attending is quite far....should I buy a cellphone? we are quite out of money- do i really need a cellphone? is it really that important? is there a cellphone which is cheap and fully functioning and awesome?...help :[

Its good to buy a cellphone if you need it desperately.but mobiles at college is not advisable in recent days due to its misuseablity. Due to its latest fetaures in the communication technology this is sure to help us in our needy times.so It has both advantage and disadvantage in its usages .So use it cleverly if u buy it. choose the mobile with the simplest basic model.

buying a cellfone i always prefer nokia.. and the i try to search that fone which is in my range.. cell fones i avoid are all the sliding and folding cell fones.. because they get damaged soon.. they does look nice but not durable... that is why always prefer simple fones like nokia 6300... its just an exemple....
