Well there are many who wishes to reduce weight and my case opposite my wife wanted to gain weight, the other way. And finally she succeeded, i tthought this may help someone who wish to gain weight. She soaks few badams at night in water, morning she peels of the skin and eat it. Peeling the skin of badam, will make body chill as hotness is believed to stop adding weight! Try it out friends!

To add weight i think its essential to have 5 badams a day.But Researchers suggest to eat the Badam with its skin coz it has more nutritive value.
