What is your sleeping "ritual"? What helps you fall asleep and stay asleep? I'm not very good at the falling asleep part, but once I do fall asleep I won't wake up. I'm just looking for some things to try to help me get a better night sleep and feel more energized in the morning. If you have any suggestions/tips/comments feel free to post them.

Well for about an hour before I go to sleep, I try and not to do anything that will cause my mind to work too hard. I shut down the computer, kick back and relax, trying to get myself down for the day. I try and not think about anything that I have to do still for the rest of the day. Naturally, reading a book does help me getting to bed. That seems to work some of the time. It really depends on how much you have on your mind. If you are worrying about something, than the chances of you getting to sleep right away are not that good. I attempt to relax as much as I can but it can be two or three hours before I even make some headway. Trust me, relaxing helps but that is much easier said then done. I have learned that from experience.

That's actually my problem before. I don't get sleep at night. What you can do is jog for 5 minutes or anything that can make you tired. You can read books in dim light. It will help your eyes become tired. It will you to get a deep sleep.
