What kind of breakfast do you have during the work week?

I'm not much for breakfast and until very recently didn't eat much. As part of trying to shed some pounds, I have started having a healthy breakfast of either oatmeal with milk or yogurt with fruit. Most people that I know don't really eat much breakfast but I keep hearing it's the most important meal of the day. Do you eat a large breakfast during the work week? How important is breakfast to you? Do you wake up hungry?

I don't usually wake up hungry but around 9am..I start to get that way. I am used to taing my break at work at 9. I usually eat oatmeal and a banana. Sometimes I'll have a cereal bar or something too.

Not really a breakfast person. I only eat because it's essential to one's health. Just eat whatever was left unconsumed from previous day's meal. If there's none, then that is the time that we cook or prepare ham sandwiches or ham eaten with plain rice. Sometimes it's fried egg and hotdog or whatever is edible inside the refrigerator and have them heated inside the microwave or wok.

i always eat bread during week days. i always make it a point to buy bread if ever we're running low so i won't miss eating it the next day.

Doctor has advised me to sip breakfast and restrict with a good lunch with low cholesterol food. Hence I take coffee in the morning and go for a relishing lunch with light dinner.

coffee is a big must, maybe left overs from the night before depending on what we had.

normally i dont take breakfast while i was still at work, maybe i just drink a cup of coffee and bread but not really full nor too much coz i feel like im already running out of time fro work.

light breakfast for being active, heavy lunch for sleep and mild dinner
