Imagin you have a new enterprise which has a history of almost 100years. You will give a lesson to the MBA students what is most valuable for the governance of an enterprise. Since you have grown with the company and contributed a lot to it,you will have a deep thought on this issue. The culture? The organization structure? OR the regulation? the relationship with government? Different may have different ideas on it? So please share with us what do think is the most valuable for the growth of an enterprise, no matter whether you have actrually ever managed a company?

As an experienced Manager, I feel the development of human relation is the basis for a well built up company. Developing a reliable manpower is the core support for the management. It may be worth to explain this aspect a bit more in detail. The management should share all the relevant data and knowledge with the people working under them. Also each person working in the company should be able to think that he/she too has a share in the growth of the company. The people should have satisfaction mentally and monetarily. Once this goal is achieved, all the other aspects such as production and sales will be easily achieved. Hence the firs goal is to develop a good manpower with reliability and integrity.
