Do you know Lipstick contains lead and cow brain tissue. Now that you know this, would you still apply it on your lips?

Probably a little bit of lead is good else there would have been problems galore with all the fashion conscious ladies I being one of them!!

I've heard from you about the content of lipstick. I rarely wear lipstick, I wear lipstick only for the special occasions only. so I continue to use lipstick.

Yes. I was in receipt of one such email that is in circulation abt the hazards of using lipstick and how the lead in the lipstick can cause cancer etc. Infact the email even had a list of brands that supposedly had a higher percentage of lead. However there is no concrete evidence to support the claim. It does seem yucky to have cow brain tissue on our lips but then beauty doesnt come easy and one does have to pay the price for vanity :)

Really? I'm a woman, I don't know that my lipstick has lead and cow brain tissue. As far as I know, it contains fish scales. That is the reason why it has shimmering effect. That's what I've heard.I didn't hear about that cow story. Anyways, the lipstick industry is still alive.I think all women wear it. Thanks to the cows.

Nice try achilles! We've been using lipstick for years and no-one has been killed by any of the ingredients... so yes, I'll still apply it. The question is, would you still kiss your lady if she has on lipstick?
