You could try emailing the webmaster for a discount but you're probably not going to reach an agreement over a low price. You could also, and this one is legally tricky, look on the internet if the download is available as warez, this is illegal in a lot of countries though and I do not support such use of the internet.

i have contact this webmaster and they sending via courier and i have seen that they sending in some kind of external hard disk with all video tutorial but they are not giving any discount and i have seeen a price on internet of that tutorial it goes $12000
