Sell baked goods at flea and farmers markets

I am now out of a job so I would like to sell my baked goods at a flea or farmers market in N.C. I see baked goods sometimes but I don't know if they just fix them in their kitchen or what. I have access to an inspected kitchen but I don't know if I really need to go to the trouble of taking my stuff there or if I can use my own kitchen. Does anyone know if these people are using their own kitchens? I have seen at some of the street affairs people frying pies right there. Another thing, I don't use any pre-prepared items, everything is from scratch and fresh.
