for me to keep my face healthy, i wash it regularly and avoid exposure to sunshine, also after cleaning my face i apply moisturizers. I dont use a lot of make up cause im afraid it may destroy my face. I eat healthy foods as well.

Following certain tips can definitely aid your skin's health and glow but can never change the very basic nature and look of it.
But certainly there is a need to maintain it well.
Unless spent heavily in the beauty parlors I have never felt anything very useful.
For when I was in my graduation, I had acne problems. I have tried avoiding it by washing and eating fresh fruits applied all small stuff.
But then it was of no use, so I stopped.
Finally god knows, it slowly subsided..Probably age factor also...:P

You have been doing the right thing
It depends on what skin type you have I have combination to oily skin . But i prefer using soaps that are not harsh on the skin better yet if you have dry skin use soap free washes like Cetaphil and Physiogel.
I make sure that i steam bath at least wtice a week because it detoxes your skin opening up your pores to uncclog them and enabling your skin to breath .
I also always lok into it that i always use faical masks when igo to sleep. Im no talking about clay masks, I talking about the nutritive tissue mask which hydrates and infuses nutrients to your skin while you sleep

I dont apply too much make-up. Just a presssed powder with spf,a nd lipstick.and mascara of course.
I use sublock not only on my face, but also to my whole body everyday, especially when I go outdoors.
I wash my fash with mild cleanser, I dont use soap because it dries the skin.
I moisturize after, and sunblock.
I also take vitamins.
