Do you ever had a conflict with you co workers?

In the workplace we cannot avoid conflict between employees. Employees conflict is brought by the different culture they had while growing up. Therefore, we couldn't blame them. But how do you deal with it? what happened to your co-employee after the confrontation?

I use to have conflict with my co-worker because of attitude of work and punctuality. May be I am too hard to them.

I never really had a conflict with a co-worker but there have been several I really did not like. I am not a confrontational person so I will just avoid that person as much as possible so as not to make me say something I will regret later on.
