just take note of this: everything that we over-intake is bad..:D

i love a cup of hot coffee with milk to start my day off. it keeps me refreshed and ready to face the day. i normally have another cup or two after my lunch. it has been wonderful so far as long as i do not over-drink it because coffee is addictive.
