Who is the better MANAGER? MAN or WOMAN?

I guess we are born equal so we can do equally...hehehehehe for me both because what man can do , woman can so it does not mean that you are a man you are more superior than a woman. Woman can excel also in other things and man on the other hand can, but in terms of work i guess we can to also all the men's work. Who will agree on me?

I am not saying this just because I am a woman but I feel that a Woman is a much better Manager than a MAN. A woman can manage the house as well as the office but a Man cannot manage both. It is only if a woman takes care of his house that the man can manage his office but a woman can shoulder both the responsibily without any difficulty.

Dear friend, I feel that majority of mangers are men. Moreover the word itself has a MAN - AGER. Still women at times are well mangers of home and men at times mangers for risky jobs. Still there are good women mangers. But I had seen majority of managers are men.

I would say it would depend what they manage. But mostly men should have the authority because its not quite easy to see all men would be under the women's management.

From my opinion it is man who is more capable but women is also capable of managing.Man is good in analyzing complex stuff and not emotionally infuenced in making decisions.Women is good in organizing things and most of them are hard-working.Its an advantage for the men say about 60% for man and 40% for women.
