Should Internet Cafe's be banned?

Some Internet Cafe nowadays are very irresponsible. Many would allow students skipping from school, other have low security that compromises the data of their users. And most of them allow p***o sites even if there is a no p***o policy. Do you think they should be banned?

Internet cafe's serv well for a lot of people, everyone is responsible for them selves.

True but some cafe owners are irresponsible. And responsibility are hardly seen in juveniles which comprises a big piece of the pie in the internet cafe customers.
