Do you drink alone?

I sometimes do. From some time I don't have the possibillity to go out often or to invite guests. So sometimes I just serve myself a drink. That happen very rare, maybe once in 2 or 3 months, but anyway I feel a little bit stupid I do it alone like an alchoholic :). What about you? Do you drink alone and do you feel any guilt for that?

I was never a big drinker and then when my ex and I broke up I use to drink every weekend but it was with my friend. We would take shots and that would be the only time I would drink. After that I met a new friend who introduced me to new drinks and I was drinking more often. When I got my own place I always kept a bottle of alchol myself entertained then I would fall asleep. So sometimes if he doesn't feel like drinking with me I will still make myself a drink and sometimes it would be put me to bed or just relax me. I use to drink about 4-5 days a week and then everyone was calling me an alcholoic so I slowed down...But I don't think it is wrong to have a drink by yourself every now and then

I do that too. I drink alone to help me sleep. Maybe two to three bottles are enough for me.
