Dose anyone knows if there is something wrong with my laptop or my chager?

my chage for my laptop broke a few weeks ago and i have a warrtey for it so i send it in and they sent me a new one i just got it today i pluged it in and my computer don't work now i'm worry that my computer is broken i don't have the money to get it fixed so i was wounding if it really is my computer or did they send me another bad chager when i have the chager in and press the power botten the red light flashs telling me that the batter is still not chage but the green light on the chager is on when i plug it in the wall i have a gateway laptop model m6333.
I even put takeing out the battery and but the computer still didn't woun't come on can any one tell me if its the computer or the chager or the battery.

This is an interesting problem. Have you tried contacting the manufacture? They might be able to help you further in fixing the problem. Also, Is your laptop sill under warranty? I see that the charger was, so maybe the laptop is as well. If it is you could just send that in.
