Hello menthosolic and welcome to myLot! I love my mother so much and that feeling intensifies much deeper when she passed away last March 4, 2002. It is true that you will realize how important an individual to you when he's/she's gone. Her memories linger and i missed each and every conversation that we had before especially her presence. I love her with all my heart and i will truly miss her forever...

My mom is no longer with me now, she passed away three years ago. I stop working just to take care of her. I stayed by her side till her last breath. Now as much as possible I offer her prayers and other family members. relatives and friends who passed away already, every night. I used to kiss her as well every day.

My beloved mother passed away last Jan.7 this year and it's been a tough year for all the family involved. My only regret is that I never had the chance to tell her I love you mom...just to let her know that we appreciate all the love and care she have done for us...I love you Mom...where ever you are now...you will always be remembered, cherished, and love forever.

Despite my opinion of her being too overprotective of me, I love my mother dearly. I've always been 'the good child' and the most mature for my age. Sometimes I think I submit to my mother too much. An example: I decided to take a year off to work before college and ended up being a nanny to my mother's two month old child for free instead. Thankfully I'm at the tail-end of this volunteer stint and can get back to more even grounds with her.
