sleepping too short is not good for our health ?

hi friend : i have some problem thoes days , i always sleep at 2:00 am and get up at 9:00 , i sleep so late because of my work , i start to work at 10:00 after work i must go on working , because i have many work to do , i can not finish it on time , so i must use the after working time to do it , i aslo feel tired those days , i want to finish it quickly , but it does not so easy , i must talk with foreign , the time is not the same as their place ,so i must talk with them with their time, but it is too late at our place , it is the problem that i aslo sleep so late . i am working with ebay , and i must reply the e-mail on time , when someone have problem with it . even so , i like the jib very much , it is one year snice i realize ebay , it is very good for our lives, friend. what is your job, can we share it ? let us go ,^_^

hello,my friend hanyelin your are painstaking! i think that short sleeping is not good for our health. you need to adjust your time ,have a good rest ,you can work efficiently. My am working as designer of drawing for my company which product equipment for feeding livestocks . i love my job too,but i feel tried and boring sometimes. thank you .

As far as I am concerned, I think I do agree with the idea that sleeping too short is not good to our health.If we sleep just so short, then the next day we will be short of energy,and want to do nothing.Just want a short rest.So I think we'd better have enough sleep a day.
