As most of my gellow mylotting frinds know, my mother and I do not have the greatest relationship. And while I fuigure she loves me deep, deep, deep down in her heart, I often wonder if she regrets having me soemtimes? Its a legitamite thought for both of us and I wouldnt blame her (not to sound to down or whatever) but she ws at the top of her career and everything and then poof I come along. (well not exactly "poof"). As a parent, or a child, did you ever fele this way (eother wayz)?

To answer your question, yes. I have felt unwanted as a child and as an adult.

well if it was a real accident there were ways to prevent you from "poofing" :)) Part of her wanted a child part wanted to keep going with her career :) it s natural... It s a known fact that there is a life when you re single, a life when you re married and a brand new one when you have a child. Some take the change better some don t or have trouble adapting. It s the normal order of things that ofc can be changed sometimes for some individuals and also work out :) But from this to thinking of regrets... My opinion: she does not regret having you she just regrets what we all do once we have kids.., the life we had before that. But you should not feel bad or not wanted... it s normal to regret a lifestyle without the worry of a child ... it would not be sane not to regret it :) Take care

as life goes on one day you realize you missed many good things and it's hard to admit it's you to blame much easier is to blame someone else - parent, husband/wife or child i think that is the case with your mother
