How is there nothing on at 9?

I am a television atch, I admit and yes, I will spend quite a bit of time in front of my tv (not too much though, in my opinion). In the mornign I watch television while I do my chores and get ready and I find that from 9-10 there is absolutely NOTHING on my 999 channels. How is this possible? I know it's not exactly a prime time for ashows and such but still...whats up with this? What otehr tiems are thee like this?
