Is it posible to know everything about someone even those close to you?

For the most part I think my family and friends know me quite well, but I think there always somthing new to learn about someone including myself because we are constantly changing and growing, and sometimes we learn things about ourselves that we have yet revealed to others, in my case its good things, but with others it might be bad. so I ask how well can you really know someone.
I've heard many times over about friends being deceptive or a mother finding out somthing about there son or daughter that they didnt know, or instance's where a husband revealed some secret about themselves to there wives, so I think its nearly impossible to know every single detail about someone though I think I know my family and friends quite well I still think there is things about them that I have yet to learn, and I'm not just talking about bad things but good things too.
So do you think it's possible to know everything about someone even those close to you?

Hi Apples99, I think that the only way it would be possible to know absolutely everything about someone would be to live in their brains so that you could hear and see everything that they do.
There are always going to be things that you wont know but if you know someone well enough, you should be able to predict how they will react to any given situation. You should have an idea how there thought process works and where their priorities are in life, their interests, who and how they worshop. It seems to me that these are the types of things that draw us towards each other in the first place because if you dont share at least some of these things in common, how well can we trullet say we know each other?

no actually i believe that it is impossible to know everything about someone even very close to u. for example i thought that i know every thing about my sister but at the same time i cam say she do not know every thing about me there are many things about myself i do not like to share or which i only know. similarly it can also happen that she also have lots of things which she did not share with me may be its only my misconception that i know her well

I think everyone has a few scerets and skeltons in their closet that they want to just keep to themselves. Ive been with my partner six years and still learn new things about him. I also learn new things about my kids daily.

I think that its possible to know a lot, but let's face it
NO ONE shares EVERY thought and every dream that they have with another living being or in writing. The only way that could be anywhere near accomplished would be by being a conjoined twin, but even they would not know everything.

My view on this is,its impossible to know a person 100%.People keep changing as they grow and we are just discovering and learning the true them everyday.That is why people getting divorced after 20 plus years of marriage.People just cant completely know someone else except themselves.

If the person that is close to you , decides to not let you in , or he simply doesnt feel comftorble enough with you or the relationship you and the other person has , then it will be pretty hard for someone to spot all the moves , or to get to know him good enough .
