How to make a live chat support in asp?

Hi friends, I tried 100s of scripts and lot of other tutorial site but , i still have same problems. I am not able to creat the live support with video conference using asp. Can anybody send me the script of is their any good way to make this happen over my intranet.? Please suggest ASAP. Thanks
