Everyone has a beauty routine or something they like to do frequently I guess to make their skin more beautiful. Lately I have been experimenting with various products, I really am trying to brighten up my skin, it has been looking tired lately. Anyone got any tips they keep to themselves but are willing to share with some of us that need that extra help? I have been really looking at some natural ways too, like some natural oils to put on the skin for a treatment, etc. I have been trying out different cleansers also. I really want to stick with more natural products though as I do feel like they will be better for my skin in the long run. It is so hard though there are so many products out there already. It feels overwhelming sometimes and I don't want to waste too much time or money on the many products. What are your favourite products that work for you or perhaps you want to share products that you didn't like and want us all to avoid, yeah I think that is a good idea too! So please share your thoughts and suggestions here.

hey! usually i use natural home treatments which are very effective and which assures me that i don't have to worry about any side effects! :) well i use a tan remover at home which is by mixing the following things : curd-2tbsp honey-1tbsp lime-1tbsp gram flour-1-2tbsp a pinch of turmeric. mix all the above to a thick but flowing paste and apply on your face and neck. leave it to dry and wash it off with warm water! its very very effective and u can see the difference immediately! if u tend to get pimples or u know u are gonna get one cause its aching then use fuller's earth and water to make a paste and use as this takes off the extra oil in the skin :) but don't use when skin is dry! hope it helps :)

Oh I love the clay masks, I have an all natural one at home. It is just the clay that you then mix with pure water. I love it but I have been forgetting to use it. It really is a nice thing to do at least once a week. I did hear about lime or lemon how it can lighten the skin, its funny that you should mention this as today, I cleaned my face with some lemon juice and then applied some vitamin e serum to my skin for a few hours before I showered. I felt really refreshed after. It really was amazing. My skin looked a lot more smoother too. I also read about turmeric but I just find it more useful in my cooking, I don't use much either but I know I should as it has some really good benefits. Thanks for your tips. I really appreciate all the responses I get because wow everyone has their own different ways of looking after their skin. Its nice to learn from people too.

I know what you mean I was doing the same thing with my health and my skin care. I thought no that is it, because I was also getting sick too. I want this year to be a fresh new start for me and to make some positive changes that will help now and in the future. I really have to stay focused but I am trying also not to be hard on myself if I fall off the wagon, I just have to make sure that I climb back on and continue on again or just try again and again. Sometimes we forget so many things in this life. I guess it is because life can be so hectic sometimes and there is so much to consider that at times we just forget about ourselves without even meaning to. Your important too so its good to make time for ourselves.

Ive been using different beauty products to make my skin more radiant and young, some are too expensive but some and cheap. And all of them are useless because they cant make my skin beautiful. Later I found out that enough sleep can make your skin more radiant and it also makes you look younger. I noticed it about a month ago. I used to sleep so late so it makes me more old and makes my skin rough. But when I slept early and begin to have 8 to 10 hours of sleep, i noticed that my skin is glowing and my eye bags suddenly fade out. Now, I will get enough sleep and drink more water because it is much helpful than using products which will just take money out from you.

That is right because if you look after your insides then surely it does show on the outside. I have noticed that myself. Since I have been eating better and eliminated quite a bit of bad stuff my skin has become more nicer with less breakouts and I am almost loving it. I sometimes forget to drink some water but now I try to carry a bottle around with me to help with the whole detoxification process. My favorite water is the fiji water but it is a bit too expensive and so I mostly buy the cheaper spring water. I don't drink from the tap because of the chemicals in the water where I live are pretty bad. I can even smell the chlorine in the water, so for sure I am trying to make some small changes like that to help my insides.

My "beauty routine" is not really a secret. I cleanse and I moisturize, that's all. The trick there is finding the right product for you. A good product may not necessarily be good for everyone. The way to get there is by trial and error, and I know it takes a lot of time and effort. I'm glad I found a great product that suits me well. It's called iWhite Korea. Not that expensive, but not that cheap too, compared to the other skin products out there. I think lack of sleep is my number one acne trigger.

Mine is quite simple too. I cleanse and moisturize and tone every morning, but lately I have been wanting to really help my skin repair and replenish itself in a more dramatic way. I have been slowly finding out about some natural things but one important thing that is also helping my skin is my diet, I drink more water now and also eat well. I think that is an important key in all this. Yes and sleep is also a very important factor. If you are tired, it is more likely that your skin will also be tired also. There are so many factors to consider, one can only forget sometimes to follow everything. We are human though, I guess the important thing to do is try.

As far as I am concerned, I think the best way to keep a good attitude torwards life, which will help you to keep a good balance in daily life. I think if you are positive in life, then you will be so confident to do other things, In which way you will have the feeling that you are beautiful both in looking and heart.

That is one factor that is true too. One should always have a good outlook on life and basically try to eliminate negative forces which in turn can really effect the health or stress levels of a person. I agree that point should be addressed probably to begin with and then one can slowly move into a more balanced lifestyle. I think when one feels good and is doing good things for their body, and looks good then naturally they do actually just develop such a confidence that really is something to smile about.

Hello! Ive been experimenting also but Im sort of confused now because of a research that was done at the University here with anti wrinkle creams or just about any cream you find on the market today. The research showed that the more the cream is used, the more the skin ages fast after !!!!!!. They say that most of the creams out there basically have the same dangerous ingredients in them that will actually age our skin much faster. So Ive stopped my experimenting with any of those creams. Another tv show that I watch often, they had a dermatologist saying that the best creams for our skins are natural products we have in our fridge. Strawberry: cut one in half and rub it all over your face, then rinse off. Watermelon: mash it and use it as a mask, then rinse off. Avocado: mash it and use it on itchy scalp or inflamed skin....rinse off. Lemon: Real lemon not the liquid you find in those plastic lemons.....dab liquid on brown spots, dont rinse and repeat often as often as needed until the spot is gone. Cut a lemon in half and rest it against your elbows to smooth them. Green tea: Good for puffy eyes but also for the skin. Dab it on then rinse off. Honey: Non-pasteurized. Its anti bacterial and great for the skin. Can be used as to exfoliate if mixed with sugar. There are also some face exercises you can find by googling and those will help tone your skin. Hope that helps. Im going to try all this instead of use those "bad" creams lol.

That right some creams these days have a lot of ingredients but most seem to be just chemicals that are really of no benefit to the skin. I do like the honey or lemon suggestion and I may try that today. My mom got me some raw organic honey which I think is the best you can find today, as less processing means that there are more nutrients in there. I actually hadn't bought lemons for a while but yesterday for some reason I did. Well I shall do some more testing today with some of the things I got. I think putting natural yogurt on your skin is really good too. I really appreciate your comments and suggestions. I think a lot of people will find this helpful instead of paying tones of money for something that essentially will make no difference. I think we all just need to educate ourselves so that we don't buy poor quality products for nothing. It is so important to also mention diet and how much that can influence our skin condition. So I am trying to eat well and focus on that side of things too. Nutrition is the key to many thing and ills in our body. I guess that should be our starting point.

I tried experimenting too but what worked for me is the green peeling oil. It brightened my skin and the apples of my cheeks are now pinkish! My cheeks had no color just bland but since I used it over 2 months now I love the results and that's the only product I am using. I cannot tell you where to get it because there is no label on the bottle I get it from my aesthetician. I know there are so many gren peeling oil online but I do not know which is which.... I have seen my friends use a green peeling oil but it stains your fingers. The one I am using does not and it causes micro peeling unlike most green oil in the market peels your skin aggressively which is not good.

Wow I have not even heard of this green peeling oil you speak of. Sounds amazing and it is weird that because I have read about so many different oils too. So in a way it must cause your skin to kind of exfoliate naturally in a way? Lately I have been experimenting with different exfoliating cleansers. I wonder if this green peeling oil is a better option. Does the bottle have the ingredients on it, that legally at least should be on the bottle. Is it all natural? I am trying to get my hands on some natural things that help the skin heal and repair itself. I am at the moment using a vitamin e serum, and it seems to be helping my skin heal up from some breakout. I also have some organic avocado oil that I sometimes mix one drop with the serum as the serum is quite thick so I like to thin it out with another oil. I am looking for something like your oil that rejuvenates the skin too.

My simple beauty secret is to always keep my skin free of dirt and other foreign materials. I take a bath twice everyday, once in the morning and once before sleeping. I also try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Drinking alot of water also helps to keep my skin glowing and feeling beautiful.

My beauty secret starts with the basics, and I found them truly effective. This include drinking a lot of water everyday (2-3 liters), I take Vit C 500 mg daily, I don't get exposed to the sun especially from 10 am to 4 pm, I eat plenty of fruits and veggies, and the best of all is to always have a positive outlook in life. They are all effective and least costly beauty secrets
