What lipgloss are you using?

I can't stand most lip glosses that I have tried. They're heavy on the lips and somewhat sticky. I am stuck with using a lipbalm which is doing quite a good job in moisturizing but there are times that I would like to add a little bit of gloss. Can you recommend a good brand that is light on the lips, long lasting and affordable? Thanks in advance.

You can try neutrogena lipbalm its light and odourless and its has good effect of moisturizing, but if you wanna have a bit of gloss try ULTIMA cherry flavor and its doesn't stick on lips its kind like a water effect in the lips and its a nice moisturizing blend to leave a smooth/soft looking lips...Good day!

I use avon lipglosses, I love them, they dont feel thick and sticky like some others and they smell lovely, and the one Im using right now is all sparkly. Avon products are great. What I also sometimes do is find a lipstick I like and just add a touch of vaseline to make it more shiny, I dont really like wearing lipstick in the day as sometimes its a bit too much for the day, but mix it with vaseline and its like wearing a new lipgloss!

Thanks for all the response and tips. My search for the best lip gloss I just found the best by accident. I was window shopping in this organic store and i tried the Kiss My Face lipgloss and I was amazed. It is very light, has a natural shade, it is organic and best of all it is affordable at around $4 per tube. It is also available in stick balm form for a slightly lower price. It is available in different shades. The best shade for me is Garnet. It's just the best. Sounds like I am promoting the product now. lolz. If only they will pay me for raving about it now. Haha :)

I think all lip gloss are heavy and sticky and way too glossy. Even the expensive lip glosses that I own (max factor and l'oreal) does not satisfy me. good thing though they just came free with the lipstick that i bought. lip balm works better for me. i love the born lippy lip balm from the body shop. it also has the sweet cherry scent that i love.

The lipbalm that I am referring above is actually the Body Shop Born Lippy. I like strawberry scent. I guess all lip glosses are meant to be sticky and heavy. lol.

My favorites have always been from bath and body works and from victoria secret. I dont find them sticky, but some are a little dark. Its best to pick a light color and they have great scents to all of them.

I really like Victoria's Secret lip gloss. I find that it's not overly sticky or gooey, and there's tonnes of yummy scents and pretty colors. Cover Girl has some stuff that's not too bad- I had the lip gloss that had the mint extract in it ( I can't remember what it's called, but it was the one that was supposed to be "smile brightening" or something). It was pretty good. And it really was minty- my boyfriend liked it a lot. :)

I have tried Victoria Secret lipgloss unfortunately it did not work for me. It is also sticky and heavy on the lips. The tube of VS lipgloss that my friend gave me is still full. I think I was only able to use it twice.
