hello there people, Ever since the debates and interviews which had let me to vote gordon and bayani tandem. i came realize that they're a lot of candidates who prefers more exposure but less time giving out on they're platform or how they answer issues. for local candidates, since i don't know for most of them, i won't waste of precious vote on candidates that i see only in campaign sorties. for senatorial slate, those who got involved in the senate boycott with villar is NO VOTE from me, even mirriam santiago, the cayetano's and other of those in the NP. most specially in the LP party since most of them are just being popular for hating gloria, i am not aware on they're plat forms and stand on issues. again, i won't vote for people who seemed only looking good on tv but not in handling issues or plat forms that i haven't heard of. i guess it's my way to show that i am no fool voter

i will only vote for which i believe is someone that we can approach when they got to win in the elections. no matter what position they are running for, i also look at what good things they have done for the people and not for themselves alone. i will be voting for my friends in the local posts, senators with good reputation and with know good laws actually created or authors of good laws but not for those who have done nothing or given some additional burden to the poor. for the president, i already have a bet but not finally decided about him.

Is Zubiri running for senator? I really want him to be in the senate because of his advocacies for a greener and cleaner planet. Some politicians are very busy hating each other, debating and proving that they are right even if these debates will actually result to nothing but further conflicts and noise in the senate. We need someone whose eyes and ears are focused on the basics, on the very reason why we are still surviving, and that is mother nature. I support his stand on Bio-fuels.

http://www.migzzubiri.org/bills_resolutions.pdf These are the lists of the bills or resolutions he has made. Scroll down to page 4 and you'll see all the environmental issues that he had addressed. http://www.migzzubiri.org His official website. I searched for the names as to who are running, and sadly he isn't running. The thing about him is that he is still being questioned for the legitimacy of his position because if you can remember, there was a tug-o-war as to who will get the last senatorial slot, and he won but others question the truth to that.

I too would want to vote for Gordon and Bayani. As for the senators I can not still choose since like what you said I can not see any plans or platforms they have but I am afraid that by not choosing between the lesser evil shall we say, I am letting those evil person win. About the local candidates, new tandems but same faces and I really have no better choice again but to pick the lesser evil.. I do not want to lose hope but if this election holds our future our future seems bleak.

Hello Leixa003, I think we should be friends frankly we need all the people we can to support him, the MEDIA is bias by religiously putting out the surveys. anyways, i just wanted to share you my reasons why i wanted gordon to win. nice to see another gordonian. http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2291281.aspx http://www.facebook.com/votegordon

I participated in a mock election in facebook and honestly, I could not find any senators running this coming election worthy of my vote. I scanned the list of senatorial candidates and it's frustrating... there's Bong Bong Revilla (isn't it stupid to change your surname to "Bong Revilla" just to get on the top of the list in alphabetical order), Lito Lapid, Imelda Papin... I do not look down on the entire showbiz population but c'mmon... what will they do in the Senate?

Lito lapid? again? well, he pass a law am sure he can do better if he wins, but am not gonna for him either, let other's vote for him. Imelda Papin? hahahahaha i bet she's gonna sing before the start of the session of the senate. i do LOOK them DOWN if they dare run for politics.

Mirriam Santiago is the only one in my list right now. When it comes to the senate it's the lesser evil for me. There are no options actually if the particular person is good or bad. If my good neighbor runs for senate then I would vote for him because I know much about him

I'd vote for Pia Cayetano and Mirriam Santiago. The rest of the slots... still undecided. It's the future Philippines we're talking about... so should be very very careful.

I wouldn't vote for them either. Specially those who are friends with Gloria. The government is really manipulating everything so that the corrupt candidate would win and their corruption can continue on. I don't even believe so much in surveys, maybe they haven't been telling the truth about the surveys. Even surveys can move and change a person's vote. People get affected with the surveys that if they see that their candidate are not winning they give up on the person they believe on and choose the person who is very popular instead. For me, I am not wavered by any surveys or any comments of any person. I will vote for the person whom I know will really lead our country in a righteous way. We have been longing uncorrupt government for a very longtime, it has been our main problem for a very long time. What we really need is a person who is righteous and who fears God. Because a person who fear God will be afraid to sin, which would include being afraid to steal and be corrupt.

hello kharlav, Good decision! but before i give you my response, i think i wanted to share my conviction with regards to the president that i have chosen. http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2291281.aspx more than that the media had been biased to a certain candidate, he's been exposed too much that during holy week they have aired a dangerous life. this candidate that i have choose done it all (except corruption) trouble is that he has less publicity but the best candidate there is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4GqstskrWA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJijK_AC4gs

I am rooting for cayetano's, enrile, hontiveros and santiago. you should study them and check they're rules that has been past, i know that some of them had not pass as mayor or congress or governor but you know they did pass laws and vigilant on issues there. i admire you for being a smart voter, what else had you being doing?
