hi friends..what i need to do to reduce our famiy mebers cholestral...give me some tips..epsily my husband in a dangrous position.... in his 28 age itslef...im a vegitarian pure vegiratian..he used to eat much non veg...give me some tips dear..

hi sri, I dont know whether you husband is still eating non-veg or not,especially chicken which is mostly not recommended by doctors as it increases cholestral. If you can stop him eating non veg it will be very helpful to some extent as now a days doctors are suggesting leafy vegetable and fruit instead junk food. Eventhough if he can not exercise daily these light veg food many not create cholesterol. Oat meal is best for reducing cholesterol and can avoid the risk of getting heart attack and is certified by Indian heart associations. Juices or taking fruits directly can improve immunity and other vitamin. Over all try to avoid oil rich food..Hope this can help you

yes.. there are a little tips for you.. 1. probably u must stimulate your husband to get a sport, the first can be started of you in older your husband can follow you to getting sport. 2. don't cook or provide food in your house which The contain of cholesterol , high fat. may success !!!

Hello friend Please ask your husband to eat raw garlic..( well, perhaps you know this..But the garlic must be chopped into small pieces and kept in air for say 5 min and then chew ) ..This way you get the desired results...The next home remedy is to take the linseed ..( churned ) with water.. Further, include Fibres Food in all the meals..Specialy Oat meal ( available in market ) is best for brekfast..and this will reduce the level.. And, walking Early morning and also in evening is very effective to get good results. Good luck

I think you have to walk in the morning or make some jogging. It will benefits the body and the heart. Walking is good in the heart and it burn cholesterol.
