how people points are caluculated in people string site...

guys i have just joined in people string..as it is areal paying site..and i want to know how people string caluclate people points into money...i mean i have 50 people points in my account ,so how much money i can get?

i also joined this site last month but i'm not so sure the equivalent value of people points to money. i think there is no fix value.
