Why certain peoples are Hungery for Money

I am engineering (HOD) by profession, and during my association with various employers and interaction with many colleagues i found these rich industrialist are very crual to thier employees and eating away thier unpaid wages and other perks though they have unlimited money with them, i feels very guilty and disappointed as i am helpless on those occasions and rather becomes part for such notorious activities, my previous employer is like this only, why thier hungery for money is not seeing even empty stomach also rather two to three times in a year they visit to thier spirtual guru for worshipping, why they worship for GOD rather they should keep many dollars/currency and should worship them. why thier hungry is not getting over even when thier bank accounts are flooding?????????????????

its not that some people nor people are hungry for money, its because we need money to go on with our life as without it im sure we cant be here, everything we have need money from the food we eat, to the apartment we rent even to the bills and our clothing nor even for us to have fun we still need money, though sometimes, some people become so busy thats why they forgot to pray nor worship god thinking money is important for them to stay alive. some people even if they already have lots of money still need more money for savings as they are afraid be poor. so they will rather work and work to earn a lot of money to make sure they will not run out of it.
