I want to connect two pc via dsl modem. what should i do / myLot

i have two system and a modem router with wifi. one system is connected to the modem through wifi and other via ethernet. now i want to connect both of the system so that can share files printer etc. what and how to connect both of them. i am able to use internet simultaneously.

HI, I hope I could help.. I think you'll needed a LAN hub,I don't know what's the proper name but it looks like DSL router.. hope this help..:D

i have four port there in my router for ethernet and it is wifi enabled. so i am just looking for to use this directly.

use also a cable wire, by the way i think there is such configuration to make if you plan to share printer it is not just easy try to browse some forum about tha there you will find answer, i hope i was able to help you to find an alternative solution because im not yet that good when it comes to networking

I think you need of router because it connect two PC to a modem.. and your modem connect through router.. and you may give connection to your PC via router.. i think.. you have tried this... but your problem is not solve. yet..
