Which is the best blogging platform ?

I have already started a discussion about my blog deletion by Google.I used blogger platform and created a blog,but it was deleted by Google.So, I want to know which is the other best alternative for blogger.com. I searched all other sources but I couldn't find the best like blogger.In wordpress they are not allowing to place the ads unless we upgrade the account.I tried webs.com in that they are placing their Google ads.So I can't put my Google adsense code later.I also tried weblogs.com,blogs.com but all are placing Google adsense codes..So can anyone suggest best blogger alternative...Blogger is the best but they deleted my blog for the reason Spam..So I want to create a new blog ,so can anyone help me out with good blogging platform...?
