What do you think inorder to keep yourself fit and healthy ?

I know that if we consume a balanced diet, we can lead a healthy lifestyle. Is that enough or amything to do more than that?

In order to keep fit and healthy you need to do exercise daily in addition to balanced diet.

True, but you also need some form of daily exercise.

The key is what you said - a healthy lifestyle. I think that includes what you eat and how active you are. Exercise is an important part of fitness. Eating right and moving more are the two main aspects of staying fit.
