Buying BOSS MT-2

Need some expert advice guys since I don't have enough money to invest for a trial and error method, I want to add this stomp box to my gear but I don't really know if it is worth investing. Does everyone ever encountered this stomp box and is it worth investing? please respond guys need your help.

If you are into that "metal" sound you cannot go wrong with this pedal! A friend of mine has one and uses it all the time, it really is an incredible little pedal.
