how to deal with it?

as youngsters, we always live or work with our dorm-mates or colleagues,so that's inevitable for us to dispute with each other on some different opinions...how do you deal with this circumstance? I am listening to it...

i like being in team - in discussions different ideas can combine in something new and better and you have someone to understand the jokes you make about what you're doing ;) it's very useful to listen to others' opinions (even you disagree), to try to find the good in them and to try to see things from other points of view - this way you can enrich your own ideas

I personally, usually work alone because I don't like disputes or debates because I usually fight for my point as long as I have good basis for it. When it comes to group works or projects, I usually play as a leader and objectively show the different pros and cons of each opinion. We then later, take a vote for which is the best answer. :)
