do you encountered do not know how to communicate with ur leader or colleagues in company,or u dont know how to convey ur ideas to ur leader?can you share with ur experience to resolve such question here?thanks

Well when you talk to ur leader, always have a eye contact and that boost your confidence to face him and also be precise of your words rather than dragging it long. Put them in simple words and fine way.
