I want to have a weight lost diet, what can you recommend?

I want to lost weight but I don't want my diet to be expensive. Too many diet plans in the net but I don't know what to choice. Please help me.

Just buy healthy foods and stay away from snack foods. Eating a well balanced diet (free of sugars and fats) with whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies is best. Also include some of the good fats like avacodos and nuts.

Do you know that American Idol Reuben Staddard? He was chubby when he was in Idol and when I saw him last time when he performed in idol, he was smaller than usual. He said he decided to become a vegetarian and he exercised a lot. If he did it, then you can also do it.

More than maintaining diet get some good exercise to slim cut your body. Make sure your regular in doing the exercise. Also reduced some oil and sweet item in you food habit.

do not rely on diets-just be careful with the amount of food you take.All the diets say do not eat dough,fried,sweet,tasty,salty,fatty foods so what should we eat then.And no matter how many pounds you lose you will again gain them back soon as you stop your diet.Iy all depends on the nature of your body-you should love yourself the way you look.
