killing with kindness

All of us may have the same reactions whenever someone upsets us especially our loved ones. But have you tried killing with your kindness?
I mean after all the bad things done to you you still manage to be kind and civil to that person though it shows that he's hurt you? Which do you prefer getting angry all out or being quiet and let the person caused you pain be softly killed by your kindness?

Im kinda lost for words here, this is the first i have heard of this idea, but its true i might have done it sometimes and i just did not know it was called like that,

ok if someone is causing me harm or hurt i would tell them straight up to there face cause i have sorta bad anger problems when i get mad i go all out i might even throw some punches and elbows if i have to but the point is never hold in anger or you will end up hurting people more so better to let it out then keep it in.
