do you think of retirement?

what do you think is the right retirement age? I work in an office and sometimes I think about retirement especially if my work becomes too much and my schedule is so hectic. Yet, I also think about my growing children and the finances that we need in giving them an education. My husband will retire 5 years from now and I am tempted to retire with him. But then again, I am thinking of the kids' welfare. I admire other office mates who made it up to 60 years old. I wonder if I can do that. How about you? Need your insights too.

I'm' not even out of college and I want to put a small amount of money in a retirement fund each month, so I'll have a good amount when I actually retire. I know it's a long way off, but I want to be prepared.

I always work with retirement in mind. Save a few here; and few there. Thinking about retirement at age 60 will be too late to allow you to live a comfortable life for the rest of it. You must start setting aside money for that as early as you can.

i do! i think of it everytime. ha ha seriously i think it is important to have retirement, to prepare for it and to plan for it.. we do need to know our plans in the future for our old age, right? it is best for older people to have their own money so i would like myself to be ready when the time comes that i can no longer work... i should have my savings, and enjoy them!

hi there, I would love to retire from work right after I am able to establish my own business and see some success on it. I am working since I was 20 and now that I turned 27, my plan is mainly to save money for my future endeavor. I'm currently working in bank for about 4 years now. Although, I'm still new in my work compare with some of my colleagues whose in their 20th year of service (whew!) I think I should spend a little more time in here and the best age for me is maybe when I am on my 40's already. LOL. I would love to retire as soon as 40 years old and praying by that time I am able to have my own business. I want to stop working in someone else's company as early as I could and want to be my own boss. (funny me!) haha! But, everything starts with a dream right?! LOL.
