People strings whats the scoop and dose it take forever to get paid with it?

Ok I've been hearing seeing a lot about a program called people strings and it looks and sounds really tempting but whats the real scoop? is it some kinda scam or spam program? and will I get a computer virus if I join? Also how long dose it take to get paid and do I need tons of referrals to earn? please give me the full scoop and please be (honest) I know you need referrals but if there's some downside please share it, because there's nothing worse when it comes to earning online is finding out later that a progam is nothing like you thought or was told also do not put referral links here thanks everyone I aprecate it.
