Where do you like to watch movies-at theaters or at home(TV/Computer)?Why?

I like watching movies in the cinema at the same time at home. The ambiance in the cinema is really something and you can't have it at home unless you have like a home theater. But if I don't have budget I prefer to watch and stay at home at least I was able to save money and energy from commuting. Like you, I also download torrents from sites and I also prefer the good quality movies. :)

Both way have their own beauty. I like both. So i dont really know which to choose. But for a group of friends ( it depends the number ) i prefer at home.

It depends on the movie. If I really really like the movie, I'll watch it in a theatre. If the movie is just meh, I'll just wait for its DVD release or even wait for it on HBO. Most of the movies I watch in cinemas are of Action/Adventure/Fantasy genre because it's the type of movie that you'll get to enjoy on the big screen and with surround sound.

I'd prefer watching at home because you could relax more and have the freedom to pause the movie in anytime unlike in a theater where if you went out to go to the bathroom then you've missed a part of the movie.
