Hi my friends, are you a talker who will just talk without ant practical actions, or you are a worker who usually do the things silently? Which one will you choose to be? As we all know that action speaks louder than words. So I usually make myself be a worker, just do the things silently. I do not like the people who just say the thing without doing it at all. What about you? Which kind are you?

Either choice are actually bad choices because even good workers need to speak or report to a supervisor. Against a good worker who don't talk, I prefer the talker without action. Action can always be learned if you are a very convincing talker. A non-talker cannot even depend his actions effectively.

Yeah, I think I have caught the meaning about you are saying, I think you may try your best to be the kind of people like a manager, who usually speak so much , then the others will do as what he has said. I think this maybe a good choice ,too. Nice to enjoy your good idea.

it is actually better to combine both Talking and taking action when we only take action, we would always be constant as nobody else really know that we are the one to do it. people can just take credits from our works. This is actually based on my personal experience. while talking only is worst. But this kind of people are easily likable by bosses as they are the "licker". the best is ofcourse combining both as you can get recognition and appreciation as you are talented with your own works and you are able to talk out your actions. well, i am the type of 80% silent worker with 20% talk.. trying so hard to balance them yet, feel so hard. hehe
