Should I get an Ipad?

With the latest craze about owning an Ipad it seems like having this newest gadget puts you in the 'in' category and definitely a hot topic amongst friends. Well I am just thinking more of its practicality and usefulness if I were to invest in this much crazed about gadget. Of course besides its sleek and frivolous design, does an Ipad have the same capability as a laptop? I have browsed through many articles and magazines with write up on the Ipad and it has mostly received favourable comments. Is it a wise investment to get the Ipad now?

the ipad looks nice but isnt nothing else than a huge ipod touch... nothing innovative on it. beside is really uncomfortable to type on the touch screen that eats half of the image once you start to type. So if what you want to carry a big table and type with one finger, get it. I tried one at work and was hideous.

remember the lack of 3g wireless.exchange messaging support ,or the ability to copy and paste text from the original i phone.the iphone has improved steadily with each release of os and rumors suggest that version 4.0 will have a number of improvements you will want for your i pad .of course even if your first in the line for the ipad you will still be able to update the device to latest os
