Cravings

I often get an urge to eat something, but I can't figure out what it actually is. I don't know how to figure it out either, because I usually go through my list of favorite foods, but it's not any of those things. I think it's usually a specific place, but even still it's so hard to figure out. And it's also really frustrating because every other kind of food just doesn't sound quite good enough.

this usually happens to me when i'm way behind my glasses of water quota. why don't you drink water first and see whether you still are searching for something to eat...

YOU might be infanticipating! LOL!They say that if you are conceiving you want to eat something you don't know what? Your taste buds is looking for something you don't know. Anyway, I think that happens to me also, I've bee wanting to eat something I can't find to satisfy my taste. So what I did is to eat anything that looks good to me and the ending I turned fatter in the process. LOL

Usually cravings are your body's way of telling you are lacking something. So it may not be a specific thing but more like an element of it. For example salt or sugar or protein. Try to ask your body which element. I hope that helps.

I know what you mean. I have the same problem. There will be times I'll be craving something and I try to figure out what it is but I just can't. I know if I tasted it again I'd know but then again I'd need to know what it is to taste it! Unless I went through every food I've ever eaten and tasted it :D
