why you work hard for?...

well I, just like many people also have my dreams and plans, and would like to make them happen sooner then later. I work hard to be able to enjoy those little things in life which make me happy and make my day.

well everybody is working hard because they want to achieve what they want. Many of us are working hard for their family to give a good life. To support our family. To buy our needs.

people need money and the only way you can get money is when you work hard! people have different reasons for wanting to have money, actually - for most it is to just live each day decently, some needs money to provide for their families, sisters, brothers, parents, and even grandparents... most of the time we do need money just to survive, right? for me i work hard for my family and for my old age. i actually want to retire early! i wanted to be able to save a huge amount for my retirement and my future family. i knew how hard it is to find a good paying job and to study and to buy things you want... when you have money you will be able to have all you want (except love of course, hahah)...

I work hard for my parents sacrifices in life. It is my time to repay them. They do not force to do so it is my obligation. What and where I am today it is because of them. So why not work hard for them?

I agree with you. I believe that it is important to work hard, but I also do not understand why people spend their money on fancy things - boats, campers, etc and never use them as they are working too much. I want my kids to have a good life but I also want them to know the importance of friends and family. My husband and I are venturing out on some new avenues of earning money now to give our kids more quality time with us. We enjoy our horses and I want a really nice barn and do not mind if it is nicer than our house as I plan on spending a lot of time there. Make time to enjoy life while you are on the earth. Everyday could be your last and I do not want to be known as the one who was always working.

You have a point there. Yes, we work so hard, for what? To become rich, to buy what we want, to have lots of money, to be happy, to be able to go on vacation, to prepare for the future, etc. There are lots of reasons really but I think the reason why I work so hard is my family. I want them to be happy, I want them to have a better life in the future, I want to be able to leave them with something that will make life easier for them in the future. So my reason for working so hard is my family.

here u work hard to pay the goverment and get food on the table. In my country things are very expensive so both parents need to work to be able to pay rent and such. I myself are jobeless sort of with exeption that i run the newspaper at night wich is hard work for crap pay but i have to to be able to pay the high taxes so i gues that is what i work for taxes and health insurence

For some, working hard is more like a hobby. Or a way to spend their time and make it useful. For others, they need to work hard to earn money because it will help them lift their standard of living.

I work hard to achieve whatever I have always dreamed about. I want to make my life better everyday. My parents have given me this life and they have givene me so much and now its my turn to do something for them.

Well, I'm kind of addicted to my job most people in my department work on 1 or 10 projects at onceI'm taking on a total of 4, but still in life you have to pick a job you like not a job that pays well. However on my spare time I hang out with friends and family.

We work hard for us to live. If we don't work, we will not earn money and therefore we will run out of funds for food. Although some people live to work. They are living out their dream job. They work and they enjoy working so it's just fine for them to get tired as long as they're working on they're dream job. Unfortunately for the most of us, we work to live. We need the money to buy us food that we can put on the table.

People work hard because they think that with hard work, good stuff comes. Simple as that. Some examples: You work hard, your boss likes your job, you don't get fired and get the payment by the end of the month =D You study a lot, get good grades at school, your parents and teachers like you, you're rewarded with something soon or later and people around you start to admire you for that if you don't look a lot like a nerd and are cool. Someone works hard to cook a meal to the family by the evening, people loved it, you look awesome that day by doing that and people enjoy it. Even if the reward is little or just temporary, people like to look like their mission if finished. Some work harder, others not really but every little piece of stuff well done is good to people and that what makes them different from robots. People know how to appreciate hard work. Ok, not all, but some that know that you work hard to get stuff done will say thanks to that.
