What is your favorite kind of seafood?

I love seafood in general :) I could eat most of the seafood recipe we could have. But my favorite would be milkfish (for fish), crabs (for crustaceans), and Tahong (Asian Green mussel). But seafood here in our country is expensive.

YUM! you should try doing that to oysters! it's simply heaven! I love shellfish too, after yellow-meat fish and shrimps! you should try the eat-all-you-can seafood buffets in Boracay, Philippines. It costs at about $6 (Php275). The have fresh oysters, baked oysters and scallops (cheese and garlic) and "sprite"-boiled mussels. They also have other seafood dishes w/c are either barbecued, steamed or "inadobo" (a Filipino dish where the meat is simmered with soy sauce and vinegar).
