When the Communists were leading Romania [like now they don't] there was a urban legend that was circulating and my father told me about it. There was this man that stolen a police car.The whole event caused insanity everywhere. There were people who were punished very hard for things like cursing Ceausescu while walking the street or trying to buy a extra bread.... Over a year or more a man wanted to take cover[tarpaulin] off his car when he discovered that instead his car he had the missing police car. The whole time they were looking for a car hidden in plain sight while the thief was enjoying free rides.
