sprain ankle,make me pain for a long time

Recently,i often encountered some pain on physical,it is a bad moment. what's worse,i need to work while walking a long way.how can i do encountered such thing.

Well yes of course, that can hurt. Hopefully the pain is all gone know. But it can take a while before it is all better. Take care.
