It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.

Try Weight Watchers. Ive been on it since January and ive lost 22.5 pounds without any exercise. You can pretty much eat what you want as long as you dont go over your points.. It teaches you portions and to subconciously make good decisions. Everyone has there own opinions on things but there are a couple things that i dont believe to be true and have not stopped me in my weight loss journey: - dont eat after a certain time of night. I dont believe that to be true. I eat whenever i feel hungry and thats when you should eat. If you dont eat when you feel hungry your body goes into starvation mode and then when you do eat it will store EVERYTHING has fat to use for energy later for your body doesnt know when the next time you eat is. - portion size doesnt matter with certain foods. Not true. To much of a good thing can be just as bad as lets say a bag of chips. Natural sugars in bulks can be just as bad as a tablespoon of granulated sugar. - nuts are full of protein therefore they are a great snack. Yes they are a good snack but with moderation. They are full of fat (good fat but still fat). This is one of those "to much of a good thing" These are just a few things that ive learned and have been using recently for success. I would definately swing by WW and poke around a bit to see if its something you might consider. You can do it strictly online if you like me and want to do it privately without having to meet or talk to other people. Good luck with whatever you decide to do!!

Maybe talk to your doctor about it. If you are already being active and eating healthy, there may be something else that your doctor can do to counter balance the medicines.

the healthiest way to loss weight is not crash diets nor burst of exercise. The likes slow changes in terms of food and exercises. So, if you want to loss weight, what you should do? 1. reduce the amount of calories you eat. 2. increase you level of activities. Your body uses food for energy. it stores any excess energy as fat. this means if you eat more food than your body needs for daily activities and cell maintenance, you will gain weight. Small changes can make a big difference. One extra biscuit a day can lead you to gain 5lb a year. You should think of weight loss in terms of permanently changing your eating habit. Increase your activity level. someone who increases the amount they exercise, but maintains the same diet and calories intake, will almost certainly loss weight. Every single time you exercise more than usual, you burn calories and fat. There are lot of ways you increase the amount of activity you do. Team sports, running, walking, swimming and cycling will all improve your fitness level. Every extra steps you take helps.
